1. Made-to-Order & Energetic Products

All intention oils are handcrafted and energetically prepared specifically for each order. As such:

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

• This includes cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with scent, or personal expectations regarding results.

  
  

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during transit, or

• Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement at our discretion.

3. No Refunds for Energetic Outcomes

Our intention oils are spiritual tools meant to support personal intentions and practices. Results may vary from person to person.

• Delays caused by courier services

• Incorrect addresses provided during checkout

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

How to use our Intention oils!

• Shake gently before each use; this awakens the blend and activates the energy within.

• Place 1–2 drops onto your wrist/ your pulse point/ leg / any part of your body

• Rub in a clockwise motion; this symbolizes drawing energy towards you.

• As you rub, close your eyes and set your intention. Speak it aloud or silently in your heart, focusing on what you wish to attract or manifest.

• Take a deep breath in, allowing the aroma and energy of the oil to align with your soul.

• Carry this intention with you throughout your day, knowing the oil serves as a gentle reminder of your power and purpose.
