Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
This includes cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with scent, or personal expectations regarding results

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged during transit, or
Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement at our discretion.

3. No Refunds for Energetic Outcomes

Our intention oils are spiritual tools meant to support personal intentions and practices. Results may vary from person to person.

Refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of energetic effect or outcome.

4. Shipping Issues

Aethera Souls is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services
Incorrect addresses provided during checkout

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
